| Well, we haven't left yet to return home. We've been delayed by a lack of transportation. Perhaps tomorrow we'll be on our way to the mountains. God is sovereign and I'm trusting that He is in control of the timing of our travels. | | |
| We're heading home. I'm anxious to return to our quiet life, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. When away from home, there is this urge to go-go-go. So many people I want to see. So many stores to visit. Now with two little children, there is a choice to make. Do I drag them here, there, and everywhere or do I measure my time and tasks carefully? Plus, when I get to the stores, I'm overwhelmed by all the STUFF. Who needs an avocado slicer or a mango peeler? I have a feeling that even if I owned these objects, I'd never find them when I needed them assuming I remember that I owned them. It reinforces my belief that less is better or at least more manageable. Ahhh, back to the simple pleasures of hunting the eggs our chickens have laid and enjoying the frolicking of newborn kids. The four-legged kind. | | |
| This is my first entry on my Xanga site. I'm new to this, so please feel free to offer any suggestions. I'm not sure how often I'll be able to post entries, but I'm going to try it out. Pictures of two great kids to be added soon. | | |
